Unrelated: I shall catch up with you all good deviants sometime tonight or tomorrow. =O
So where to start...
I had mega fun with this wall. I've been wanting to do a wall of Kannami and Kusanagi ever since I finished watching "The Sky Crawlers" film, but around that time I was going through a depression so my art was put on paused. Now with my spirits uplifted, motivated, and inspired, I finally created this! Took me...well I extracted them months ago, I worked on the wall or started working on it all yesterday and finished it around close to 5am EST. XD
I was looking for newspaper stock online, but decided to just use newspapers around the house. XD Which was fun to work with. :3 Vosh-bear helped me out with some suggestions. He also drew the cigarettes on photoshop for me. XD Hmm...*thinks* alot of brush work and messing with the burn tool. Layers upon layers...messing with the blending. I'm not very good at explaining technical. <.<;
I love this film though. It is slow in the beginning, but once it starts up its very intriguing. Couldn't stop watching it.
I dedicate this to because I remember talking about this movie on FB he commented something about liking it too (if my memory serves me correctly), that and I know he'll be graduating soon. XD So I guess this is my gift to him. I wish you all the best, Jerry Jer, for anything you want to accomplish in life.
